Key Tasks:

• Guiding, directing and compiling comprehensive long-term, medium-term and short-term research, educational and extension programs
• Organizing within the framework of strategies and programs of the agricultural sector and integrating, presenting and defending the programs with the coordination and cooperation of the AREEO's deputies
• Guiding and supervising the expenditure of allocated credits in accordance with the agreement with the cooperation and coordination of the relevant departments of AREEO
• Technical, service, logistics and manpower support of approved research, educational and extension programs and plans, developing the necessary standards with the coordination and cooperation of the relevant departments of AREEO
• Planning and supporting cultural, sports, welfare and recreational activities of the employees in order to refresh and flourish the morale of human resource
• Guiding and executing the implementation of the evaluation system of employees
• Directing and managing the financial affairs of AREEO according to the relevant laws, regulations and instructions
• Planning and organizing the recruitment, maintenance and development of human resources
• Studying and reviewing the status of institutions, centers, stations, bases, and research farms of the organization based on the existing needs in coordination with the Deputy of Research and Technology
• Cooperation in explaining scientific and technical indicators for grading and grading of research spaces
• Planning for the creation, development, equipping, maintenance and standardization of extension and educational centers and bases in the agricultural, rural and nomadic sectors
