Key Tasks:

• Supervising all tasks in construction and operation of buildings related to research, training, laboratory, welfare, dormitory, residence, and other infrastructure and physical resources and equipment of AREEO
• Implementing and controlling design maps and compiling standards, regulations, databases, circulars, and technical instructions
• Conducting tenders and auctions offers, preparing and concluding contracts for constructing, renovating, equipping, maintaining infrastructures and buildings related to research, education
• Preparing IDs for building and equipment and collecting technical documents and executive experiences and information required for review, estimation, and forecasting, proposing budgets
• Providing logistic and technical services for AREEO and affiliated Research units and centers
• Conducting tasks related to cleaning and alimentation of dormitories at AREEO and the affiliated research units and centers
• Constructing and maintaining green space at campus sites and other infrastructure and physical resources and equipment of AREEO
• Carrying out all tasks related to transportation services, repairs, and car accidents of AREEO and the affiliated research units and centers
• Conducting all tasks related to warehousing, operation, and safety at office space of buildings related to research, training, laboratory, welfare, dormitory, residence, and other infrastructure and physical resources and equipment of AREEO
• Providing consulting services, occupational safety advice, and health monitoring of all staff and faculty members of AREEO and the affiliated research units and centers
• Conducting cultural and sports events, excursions, providing foodstuffs and vouchers (cash, grants, occasions, etc.), organizational housing affairs, providing and paying conventional and legal grants (marriage, death, ...), credit and banking loans and accommodation required for AREEO and the affiliated research units and centers
