Key tasks:

• Implementing roadmaps, regulations, and laws of employment at AREEO
• Planning and forecasting human resource supply for AREEO based on related regulations and laws in cooperation with other bureaus
• Supervising job classification schemes and monitoring the execution effects in AREEO and the affiliated units and centers and improvement of the process
• Investigating on proper job classification schemes commensurate with the nature of jobs of staff at AREEO
• Investigating and analyzing bureaucratic procedures at AREEO and implementing the most efficient procedure and removing superfluous tasks
• Conducting employment-related tasks including workforce transfer, staff selection procedure, employment status, and issuance of employment orders
• Conducting tasks related to abstraction from services such as retirement, redemption, disablement, resignation, and dismissal
• Performing tasks related to retired and disabled staff based on existing law and regulations
• Conducting employment process of faculty members and their welfare affairs.
• Supervising welfare affair of staff at AREEO
• Cooperation with related bureaus and units at AREEO in producing, processing, and publishing statistics and information of AREEO personnel
• Performing tasks related to insurance services for AREEO personnel via related organizations and companies
• Conducting tasks relating to receiving, registering, and delivering official letters and communication and making an archive
• Providing and planning for consulting services about occupational health for personnel
