Key Tasks

• Preparing, formulating and proposing policies, strategies, and programs required for joint venture investment projects with the private sector in cooperation with internal and external organizational units in the framework of creating value-added outputs of the three main activities of AREEO (research, education, and extension) and increasing the organization's own revenue.
• Preparing, compiling, and proposing rules and policies related to income generation, investment and entrepreneurship programs, and plans in agricultural research, education, and extension.
• Measuring revenue generation capacity and identifying needs related to the organization's tasks
• Attracting domestic and foreign investments in agricultural research, education, and extension
• Reviewing and proposing tariffs for technical products and services of affiliated units of Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization
• Study of economic and social effects and analysis and monitoring of the effectiveness of research, educational and extension programs of the organization
• Research in the field of economic and social issues at the micro and macro level of agriculture and natural resources
• Collecting information and providing classified and analyzed statistics related to related activities.
• Preparation and regulation of goals, strategies and macro policies for research, educational and extension activities
